Point Park to Face Concord in MEC Play

ATHENS, W.Va. - Point Park men's basketball hits the road, Friday, traveling to MEC-opponent Concord at Carter Center. Opening tip is set for 4 p.m.

The Pioneers (6-13, 4-10 MEC) look to get back to their winning ways, having had a three-game win streak end Wednesday night. Anderson scored 24 points with nine rebounds on Wednesday. Point Park shot an uncharacteristic 27.8% from the field on Wednesday, having shot over 40% over the win streak.

Concord (11-9, 7-5 MEC) beat Salem on Wednesday, putting an end to a five-game losing skid. The Mountain Lions beat Point Park 78-61 on Dec. 17. Point Park had three players in double figures with Jaylen Stewart and Greg Williams each scoring 15 points and Grant Welch adding 12.
