PITTSBURGH – Point Park had five double-figure scorers in a 95-62 win over Penn State Greater Allegheny on Monday afternoon at CCAC.
In the win, Point Park shot 43.4 percent from the floor (36-83) and made 12 three-pointers. The Pioneers also held a sizable rebounding advantage (67-33) in the game.
Lance Singh led Point Park with 17 points, six rebounds and two assists in the game.
Brenden Williams recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, while
Kaden Warner and
Nazareth Fisher chipped in 13 points apiece. Fisher recorded a double-double after also pulling down 11 rebounds in the win.
Nathaniel Van rounded out Point Park's double-figure scorers with 12 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Elijah Hannon recorded a double-double for PSU Greater Allegheny with 21 points and 13 rebounds. Seth Evans chipped in 17 points and seven rebounds.
Defensively, Point Park limited PSUGA to 33 percent from the floor (25-75) and 28 percent from three (7-25).
Point Park will now prepare for a road trip to West Liberty on Saturday afternoon. Tip is set for 4 p.m. at the ASRC.
