PITTSBURGH -- Point Park men's basketball fell to West Virginia State on Wednesday night 91-72 from CCAC-Allegheny.

The Pioneers (7-14, 5-11 MEC) were fueled by Kaden Warner, who recorded his first Point-Park double-double. Warner scored 32 points, good for a season high and his second-best tally since arriving at Point Park last season. Warner added 12 rebounds, his best in a Pioneer uniform.Â

Warner shot 58.8% from the field and scored seven 3-pointers.

Greg Williams joined Warner in double figures, scoring 11 points while shooting 41.7% from the field.Â

Point Park scored at a 38.7% rate from the field and 35.5% from 3-point range. The Pioneers made 13 of their 18 free throws for a rate of 72.2%.

The Yellow Jackets (6-17, 3-13 MEC) received a combined 65 total points from Jaylen Subject and Harris, who scored 36 and 29 points respectively. Subject added team highs in rebounds (10) and assists (six) for a double-double performance. Both players were a +19 on the night.
