PHILADELPHIA -- Point Park men's wrestling will compete in the NCWA Mideast Regionals on Saturday.

Point Park was last in action one month ago in the John Carroll Open on Feb. 14. Aiden Burford placed second for Point Park in the 141 blue bracket, and Liam Hein placed fourth in the 149 navy bracket.

Burford won by fall over Eric Saddler (unattached) in the opening round, before defeating RIT's Amari Payton by decision (8-3) in the quarterfinals where he was defeated.

Hein dropped his opening match by fall to Seton Hill's Ethan Higgins. He then won three-consecutive bouts in the consolation rounds to advance to the third-place match. Each of his victories featured bonus points, including a tech fall, major decision and a fall. He dropped the third-place match by decision against RIT's Marco Rivera.
