BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. -- Point Park featured a total of 141 student-athletes who were named to the MEC All-Academic Team and Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Spring 2026 semester, the conference announced.
93 Pioneers posted a GPA between 3.70 and 4.00 to qualify for the All-Academic Team. Women's track & field led the pack with 27 student-athletes to make the team. Women's lacrosse featured 17, men's track & field posted 15, and baseball rounded off the double-digit teams with 10.
Eight softball players made the team, in addition to six competitors from men's wrestling and five from both men's and women's basketball.
Additionally, Point Park featured 48 members with a GPA between 3.25 and 3.69 to land a spot on the Commissioner's Honor Roll. Men's track & field posted 11 members with women's lacrosse (eight), softball (seven), women's track & field (seven), baseball (five), women's basketball (five), men's basketball (four) and men's wrestling (one) all featuring members.
