PITTSBURGH – Paige Holman has been named Assistant Athletics Director for Academic Support at Point Park University, Vice President of Athletics Scott Swain announced.
 
Holman arrives in Pittsburgh and Point Park University after serving as a lead facilitator and academic mentor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison during the 2025-26 academic year.
 
"Paige impressed us a great deal with her previous experience working with student-athletes in her role at Wisconsin," Swain commented. "She will be a tremendous asset to our Pioneer student-athletes. Her personality and positive attitude make her a perfect fit for what we have built with Pioneer Athletics."
 
In her role at Wisconsin, Holman helped create and execute programming and sessions in the Inclusive Learning Cohort (ILC) for the athletics department. As a mentor, she formed connections with student-athletes to establish gaps in academic performance, while also creating organizational plans with the student-athletes to help reach their goals.
 
"I am excited for the opportunity to work with Point Park student-athletes and continue the impressive relationships between athletics and campus resources," said Holman. "I am eager to contribute to the holistic support that integrates both academic and athletic success in this exciting new chapter for Point Park University."
 
She began her professional career as a soccer coach at Bulls Soccer Club in Augusta, Georgia from 2021-2024 and holds a USSF "D" License.
 
While in Augusta, she served as a Seasonal Tournament Staff Member at Augusta National Golf Course beginning in 2023 and is going on working her fourth Masters Tournament.
 
Holman graduated with two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in May 2020. Her academic majors included Human Resources Development and Business and Marketing Education. She continued her education with a Masters in Sports Leadership from Wisconsin in May 2026.
