GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The Point Park University men's and women's cross country teams are headed to Grand Rapids, Mich., for the NAIA Greal Lakes Challenge on Saturday, Oct. 23. The big meet in the country for the day is hosted by Aquinas (Mich.) College with many of the NAIA Top 25 ranked teams in attendance for multiple races as the course.

The Pioneers are in the white races for both men and women. Point Park did not make the cut to race in the maroon races, which have upwards of 15 nationally ranked teams included. Still, the Pioneers will get their chance to compete against those schools at the same course and go up against River States Conference opponents just two weeks about from the RSC Championships.

Point Park will compete against RSC teams Indiana Kokomo, Indiana East and Carlow during the meet. The men's white race is at 11:45 a.m. ET while the women's white race is at 12:45 p.m. ET. The Pioneers have been among the top-ranked teams in the RSC men's and women's divisions in recent weeks and look to push to the top line.

Live results will be available, and a live video stream of the finish line will be provided weather permitting. Click the links above for live coverage and meet information courtesy of host Aquinas College.

Saturday's meet is the final tuneup before the RSC Championships Nov. 6 in Richmond, Ind., hosted by IU East. That meet is the national qualifier for teams and individuals in the conference.
