YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Mya Greschner turned in a school record time of 58.30 in the 400m to highlight Point Park's performance at the Youngstown State Icebreaker on Friday. In addition to Greschner's school-record mark, the Pioneers also finished Friday's meet with seven performances that ranked in the Top 5 in program history.
Greschner also added the second-best long jump performance in Point Park history at 5.44m. Additionally,
Diamond Rush added two Top 3 program times, turning in an 8.00 in the 60m and a 25.77 in the 200m.
Cassondra O'Connor, the MEC Runner of the Year in cross country back in the fall, turned in a time of 17:44.86 in the 5000m, which currently sits second in program history.
Emma Pavelek also turned in the second-best mark in program history in the high jump at 1.61m on Friday afternoon. Additionally, in the 3000m,
Jana Schmid turned in a time of 10:55.11 – the fifth-fastest time in Point Park history.
Point Park's 4x400m relay team of
Casey Colcombe, Zethof, Rush and Greschner also turned in the fifth-fastest relay time (4:11.07) in program history at the YSU Icebreaker.

Point Park will return to competition on Saturday, January 18 at the Jud Logan Memorial Meet, hosted by Kent State University.
