KENT, Ohio – The Point Park women's track and field team turned in four top-five finishes at Saturday's Jud Logan Memorial Meet hosted by Kent State University.
Allison Plassio headlined the afternoon for Point Park by taking first place in the 1000m with a time of 3:07.58.
Lotte Zethof also turned in a top-five finish in the 1000m, finishing fifth with a time of 3:17.20.
A pair of Point Park standouts also jumped onto the program's career leaderboards on Saturday, including
Cassondra O'Connor in the 3000m and
Dunya Van den Tooren in the high jump. O'Connor finished third in Saturday's 3000m with a time of 10:11.40 – a mark that ranks third in program history. Van den Tooren finished fourth in the high jump with a mark of 1.58m. She now ranks third on Point Park's all-time leaderboard in the event.
Mya Greschner finished seventh in the long jump (5.33m) and 11
th in the 60m (8.17) on Saturday, while
Diamond Rush finished eighth in the 200m (26.00) and 11
th in the 400m (59.62).
Corrine Lee-Hauser also turned in a ninth-place finish in the 3000m, finishing with a time of 11:27.25.

Point Park will return to action next weekend at two separate events. Some student-athletes will head to The Armory in Bronx, New York for the Dr. Sanders Scorcher Invitational on Friday and Saturday, while others will compete at the Ashland Collegiate Invitational on Saturday.
