PITTSBURGH – Twelve Point Park University softball players were named 2024-25 Easton/NFCA All-American Scholar-Athletes, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced.
The Easton/NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete award recognizes student-athletes for their performance off the field. Athletes who achieve a 3.5 or better GPA on a 4.0 scale are recognized as NFCA Scholar-Athletes.
Point Park honorees included:
Mia Arndt,
Kaylee Fabiano,
Emma Henry,
Julia Hill,
Remington Koi,
Gia LaBrie,
Bella Magliocco,
Jaylyn Mullenax,
Saige Payne,
Breanna Pies,
Melanie Taylor and
Gianna Welsh.
For the 2024-25 school year a total of 2,179 NCAA Division II softball student-athletes maintained a 3.5 GPA or above to earn Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete honors. Across all divisions 9,199 student-athletes nationwide received recognition.
