PITTSBURGH -- Point Park women's basketball fell to Glenville State 82-68 on Wednesday night from CCAC-Allegheny. The Pioneers drop to 6-13 (3-11 MEC) on the campaign.

Elizabeth Boyd led the Pioneers in both points and rebounds, en route to an impressive double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds. Boyd's 15 rebounds are the most by a Pioneer in a single game this year. Additionally, she shot lights-out from the field, hitting a team-leading seven field goals on 10 attempts.

Boyd was one of three to score double-digit points, with Camille Fultz scoring 15 points and Alexis Giles adding 13 points to go with her nine rebounds. Giles also recorded two steals, tied with Boyd for the team lead.Â

Point Park took a 38-37 lead into halftime, fueled by an 11-0 run to open the second frame. Fultz, Giles and Boyd all scored 3 points on said run, with Amaya Richardson adding the other 2. Richardson posted career highs in all statistics except assists on Wednesday night.Â

PPU couldn't hold onto the lead, however, as Glenville State (17-3, 12-2 MEC) received 22 points from Carine Pinkney, a game high. Stevi Yancy (17 points) and Wonder Nkoyock (13 points) also ended the night in double figures.Â
