Thim Places 4th Overall at Bedford Springs Invitational

Pioneers close out spring season at meet

WHEELING, W.Va. -- Milo Thim took fourth place overall as Point Park men's golf competed at the Bedford Springs Invitational on Monday and Tuesday. Thim shot even over the two rounds, and the Pioneers placed 14th as a team.

Thim, a freshman from Kungsbacka, Sweden, tallied seven birdies over the two days, five of which came on Tuesday. He finished two strokes shy of first-place Hector Arriage of Glenville State.

In the team's last meet, Thim was named MEC Freshman of the Year and All-MEC First Team for the 2025-26 season at the MEC Spring Invitational.

Joshua Topper tied for 51st place, shooting +10. Topper tallied four birdies on day two. Tharcisse Kalinda's +11 tied for 56th place over the invitational. Elie Ben Natan tied for 89th place at +22, and Cameron Huff rounded out the squad in 93rd place at +28.

Point Park golf will return to action in the fall for the team's first full season under new Head Coach Tom Pakulski.
