CHILLICOTHE, Ohio -- Point Park University baseball plays Brescia (Ky.) University in the first round of the River States Conference Baseball Tournament on Saturday, May 6 at 11 a.m. ET from VA Memorial Stadium in Chillicothe, Ohio.

The No. 1 seed Pioneers (35-17, 26-6 RSC) take on the Bearcats (13-35, 9-23 RSC) for the opening game of the 6-team, double-elimination tournament. The winner moves on to play Sunday at 3 p.m. while the loser plays Sunday at 11 a.m.

The matchup of Point Park versus Brescia was scheduled to take place on Friday, but all games were rained out on Day 1 of the tournament. Sunday was to be a day off, but it will not be a play date for Day 2 of the tournament due to Friday's rain outs.
