CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio -- Point Park University men's basketball gets back to the court with a visit to Ohio Christian University on Tuesday, Jan. 12. Tipoff is 6 p.m. ET in Circleville, Ohio.
The Pioneers (0-5) are playing their first game in about a month with the last date being Dec. 15 at Stony Brook (N.Y.). Point Park has yet to play an NAIA opponent as they opened up with a loss at USCAA Bryant & Stratton-Buffalo followed by a four-game swing at NCAA Division I opponents Kent State, Robert Morris (Pa.), Youngstown State and Stony Brook (N.Y.).
Ohio Christian comes in at 1-4 overall, although the Trailblazers are coming off a 63-61 win over conference newcomer Oakland City (Ind.) last week. Ohio Christian was the No. 4 playoff seed out of the RSC East Division last year whereas Point Park was the No. 3 divisional seed.
The all-time series between the teams has the Pioneers with a 3-9 record versus Ohio Christian. That includes a season split last year in which the home team won each matchup. Point Park is 0-6 all-time at OCU.
