ADRIAN, Mich. – The Point Park women's wrestling team competed at the Adrian College Duals and Invitational over the weekend, turning in a 34
th place (15.0 points) finish at Sunday's invitational event.
Adrian Invitational (Sunday, Nov. 9)
Point Park's performance on Sunday was highlighted by 2-2 records by
Daniela Contin and
Elizabeth Watts. In the 124-pound bracket, Contin picked up a pair of victories by first-round fall.
In the 145-bracket, Watts also picked up a pair of first-round falls.
Rei Vlahov also picked up a tech-fall victory in the 117 consolations, while
Kaitlynn Plopi won by tech-fall in the 145 consolations.
Payton Moyer also competed in the 180 bracket.
