PITTSBURGH -- Point Park University Vice President of Athletics Scott Swain and Head Men's Soccer Coach Cameron Williams announced the 2026 men's soccer schedule on Thursday. The Pioneers will play 17 regular-season games over the campaign with 10 being held in the Steel City.

 

The Pioneers open the season on Thursday, Aug. 27, in a 7-p.m. non-conference matchup with Seton Hill at F.N.B. Stadium (previously Highmark Stadium). Point Park, now in its third year in the Mountain East Conference (MEC), will play its first four games at home, with the opening homestand ending in the team's first MEC game against Wheeling on Sept. 6 at 3:30 p.m.

 

Point Park will celebrate Homecoming Weekend on Sept. 27 in a matchup against Salem at 2:30 p.m. at Duquesne University's Rooney Field. The Pioneers will host West Liberty on Oct. 21 at 7:30 p.m. at F.N.B. Stadium for Senior Night in the team's final home game of the regular season.

 

The home portion of the schedule also features contests with D'Youville on Aug. 30, Thomas More on Sept. 2, Davis & Elkins on Sept. 12, California (PA) on Sept. 16, Frostburg State on Sept. 20, and West Virginia Wesleyan on Oct. 7.

 

Following last week's announcement that Point Park has been granted full NCAA Division II membership in 2026-27, the Pioneers will be eligible for NCAA postseason for the first time this fall. The 2026 NCAA Regional Men's Soccer Tournament will be held the weekend of Nov. 12-15.
