CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The Point Park men's golf team took part in the Mountain East Conference Spring Classic on Monday and Tuesday at the Berry Hills Country Club.

Point Park's Tharcisse Kalinda finished in 32^nd place to lead the Pioneers. Kalinda, a senior from France, shot +21 to wrap up the classic on Tuesday. On Monday, Kalinda shot +10 then followed up on Tuesday shooting +11.

Alexis Lamontagne also competed for the Pioneers shooting +51 at the classic. Lamontagne shot +28 on Monday then improved play on Tuesday shooting +23 to move up five spots, finishing the event in 65^th place.

The Point Park men's golf team will be back in action on April 11 as the Pioneers will travel to Altoona to compete in the Penn State Altoona Tournament.
