PITTSBURGH – After a pair of top 10 individual finishes last week, the Point Park men's and women's golf teams will return to action at a pair of invitationals hosted by California (PA) on Monday and Tuesday.
 
The women will play in the Vulcan Invitational, a two-day event hosted at Cedarbrook Golf Course in Belle Vernon, Pa. Meanwhile, the men will travel to Greensburg, Pa. to play in the Hannastown Invitational. The two-day event will be played at Hannastown Golf Club.

The Point Park men have been led by freshman Milo Thim this fall. In three events this month, Thim finished first at the UC Invitational, second at the Wally Edgell Invitational, and third at the Wheeling Invite. He has shot under-par in four rounds so far this season (out of eight).
 
Thim, a native of Sweden, was named the MEC Golfer of the Week back on Sept. 10.
 
Last Monday at the Saint Vincent Invitational, Gabi Wait turned in the best performance of the season for the Point Park women, finishing 10^th with a round-score of 95 at Latrobe Country Club. She birdied hole 17 during her round.
