PITTSBURGH – The Point Park men's soccer team will be back in action this Saturday as the Pioneers host Frostburg State on Homecoming Weekend at Highmark Stadium. Kick-off is slated for 1:15 p.m. following the women's game against Frostburg State.

Storylines

• A pair of late goals in Point Park's latest MEC matchup was the difference as Joao Weber (84^th minute) and Azavier Coppin (89^th minute) gave the Pioneers the 2-0 win over West Liberty.
• With Point Park's win over the Hilltoppers, the Pioneers now sit a 3-3 to even up their overall record at .500 while sitting at 3-2 in league play. Point Park is currently in third place in the Mountain East Conference standings behind Concord and Charleston.
• Lat year the Pioneers split the season series with Frostburg State. Point Park took the first matchup on Sep. 14 3-1 with one of the goals coming from Fridolin Gefrorer. At home the Pioneers dropped a close 1-0 matchup with the Bobcats as Frostburg State struck right at the beginning of the second half.
• Point Park currently has the second most goals in the league with 10, only behind Concord who has recorded 13. Ido Chalamish and Gefrorer each have recorded two goals to lead the Pioneers while six other Point Park players have recorded one goal each.
• As a team, Point Park is averaging 1.67 goals per game with 13.5 shots per contest. The Pioneers have a 0.457 shots on goal percentage compared to opponents 0.452.
