PITTSBURGH – The Point Park women's soccer team welcomes West Liberty to Highmark Stadium on Wednesday morning. Kick-off is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. over in Station Square.

Storylines

• Point Park enters the match with a 6-6-3 overall record and a 5-5-2 record in the MEC following a scoreless draw at Frostburg State on Saturday afternoon. At home on the season, the Pioneers are 3-4-1.
• In their match against the Bobcats, Point Park was outshot 20-3 by Frostburg State. The Bobcats also held a 9-1 advantage in corner kicks over the Pioneers. In goal Nicole Kuchinski recorded four saves and now holds a 0-0-3 record on the season.
• West Liberty will make the short trip to Pittsburgh with a 3-12 overall record and a 1-10 record in league play. The Hilltoppers picked up a 9-0 win over Salem on Sunday with West Liberty holding Salem to no shots on the night.
• In Mountain East Conference North Division standings, the Pioneers currently sit in third while West Liberty is in fifth place behind Wheeling. Point Park has 17 points while West Liberty has three.
• Against West Liberty back on Sept. 21, Point Park picked up a big 5-1 win. Rebecca Pihlgren scored two goals, while Maria Gomez, Martina Cardemil, and Maya Figueroa each had a goal.
• On the season, Point Park has scored 33 goals on the season with 2.20 per game led by Rebecca Pihlgren (9) and Sterre Kuijper (6).
