PITTSBURGH – The Point Park women's soccer team will be looking for its third-straight win on Sunday with a Mountain East Conference matchup against West Liberty University. The game is set for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff on the road.
 
Point Park enters the game with a record of 2-1-1 (1-0 MEC). West Liberty has a 0-4 record on the season (0-2 MEC).
 
Storylines

• Point Park found the back of the net 10 times in its non-conference victory over Salem on Wednesday afternoon on the road.
• Nine different Pioneers scored goals against the Tigers, led by Rebecca Pihlgren with two goals in the win. Maria Gomez, Mia Gonzalez, Austyn Burkett, Isabelle Meier, Martina Cardemil, Paula Sole', Anne Barbosa and Steere Kuijper also scored goals in the victory.
• The Pioneers assisted on six of the 10 goals in the game, including two assists from Mireya Rojas.
• The Pioneers outshot Salem 31-1 in the game, while also holding a 20-0 advantage in corner kicks.
• In Point Park's MEC opener against Wheeling University on Sept. 13, the Pioneers got one goal and one assist each from Sole' and Kuijper.
• During the 2024 season, Point Park and West Liberty drew (1-1) on Sept. 21 at Highmark Stadium, before the Hilltoppers picked up a 2-1 win over the Pioneers at home later in the season.
• For the season, Sterre Kuijper has a team-high three goals, while Rebecca Pihlgren and Paula Sole' have two goals piece. Martina Cardemil and Mireya Rojas have two assists each to lead the team.
• Point Park's 10 goals against Salem are the second-most in the league this season. Frostburg State scored 11 goals back on Sept. 13 against Salem.
