INDIANAPOLIS -- Point Park men's lacrosse featured 17 players to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Academic All-Conference team, the conference announced Tuesday.
The Pioneers to make the team were Jackie Black, Parker Bowersox, Connor Boyle, Kaden Brown, Landon Carlson, Sam Edwards, Logan Foy, Ian George, Caleb Hebert, Nolan Heikamp, Grant Huber, Xavier Layzell, Sawyer Leko, Zac Millard, Jesus Ostos, Isaiah Serrano and Braydan Stearns.
To qualify for the team, student-athletes required a GPA of 3.3 or better. The GPA mark is cumulative for the student-athlete's entire collegiate career to date. All student-athletes were required to have completed one full academic year at the nominating institution.
The 17 aforementioned Pioneers join the 141 student-athletes at Point Park to qualify for the MEC All-Academic Team and Commissioner's Honor Roll in receiving academic honors.
