PITTSBURGH – Point Park men's soccer will celebrate Homecoming 2026 with a Mountain East Conference matchup against Salem University on Sunday afternoon at Rooney Field on the campus of Duquesne University. Kickoff is slated for 2:30 in the afternoon.
 
Salem is a first-year associate member of the Mountain East Conference and comes in with a record of 2-4-2 overall (1-3-1 in MEC play).

Point Park and Salem played twice a season ago, with Salem winning 1-0 at home, and Point Park winning 3-1 at FNB Stadium in Pittsburgh.
 
Point Park comes into Sunday's game with a record of 3-4-2 overall and 2-3 in league play. After picking up a 2-1 win over No. 23 Frostburg State last Sunday at Ronney Field, PPU dropped a 2-0 final at Concord on Wednesday afternoon in Athens. The Mountain Lions scored a pair of second-half goals to earn the win.
 
INSIDE THE STATS
 
Hector Moreno is leading Point Park in scoring this season with four of Point Park's 10 goals. He is the only Pioneer player with multiple goals this season.
 
Lader Barrio Gonzalez, Joel Gomez, Rocco Domenighini, Hugo Ferreira, Nikolas Suarez and Alejandro Vego also have one goal apiece for the Pioneers this season.
 
The Pioneers have assisted on five of their 10 goals this season.
 
IN GOAL
 
Anthony Fusay has started every game in goal for Point Park, allowing 13 goals while making 28 saves. He has two shutouts on the season.
 
ROONEY FIELD | PARKING

Point Park will play at Duquesne University's Rooney Field on Sunday. All fans are advised to park in the Forbes Garage on Duquesne's campus, the entrance to which is located on Forbes Avenue, just past the intersection of Forbes and McAnulty. Admission in the parking garage is $6.

Once inside the garage, fans are encouraged to take the stairs or elevator to the eighth level and make their way across the skywalk toward the campus. Fans can either take the sidewalk up the hill toward the Utico Pavilion or walk through the Student Union building. The entrance to the Union closest to the garage is on the second floor, and fans can take the stairs or elevator to the third floor to exit right next to the field.
